Firefly Distillery, Charleston’s most popular distillery, will host its first two-day Food Truck Festival on Saturday and Sunday, February 4 from 12 - 5 p.m. and February 5 from 12 - 4 p.m. In partnership with the Lowcountry Food Truck Festival, the free event will feature fare ranging from Greek to Italian cuisine, southern comfort food to healthy eats. This event will host the most food trucks to date at Firefly Distillery located along the Noisette Creek in Park Circle.

“We have loved celebrating the local cuisine in our community through our other food truck events, so a two-day festival will be twice the fun,” says Scott Newitt, co-founder of Firefly Distillery. “Think good food, great music, and craft cocktails. Fun for the whole family.”

Similar to past food truck festivals at the Distillery, an array of local food trucks will take over the four-acre field each day. On Firefly’s Front Porch, DJ Scotty Sain will be playing tunes from 12 - 4 p.m. Attendees can enjoy food truck fare and craft cocktails throughout the event and are encouraged to bring chairs, pop-up tables, blankets or lawn games to spread out on the field.

Food trucks participating in the free two-day event include:

• LaSon Anchor Grill

• Miss Katie's Sweets

• Don Sazon Empanadas

• Mr. B's On The Go

• Fed Up Food Truck & Lobster

• Food Art Catering

• Lola's Lumpia

• Fab Sliders

• Taste of Berlin

• Happy Thai

• Gorditas Locas

• Bangin Vegan Eats

• Delights Dessert and Coffee

• The Pita Stroller

• Chucktown Meatball

• James Brown's Famous Boiled Peanuts

• Roti Rolls

• Big Daddy’s LoCo Food Truck

• Tamashii

• Wild Grown Foods

Firefly Distillery will open at 12 p.m. and offer seasonal and craft cocktails, and beer for purchase. Outside food, drinks, coolers, and dogs will need to stay at home. Parking is limited onsite, so Uber and Lyft are highly encouraged, and the distillery asks that all guests please be respectful of neighboring businesses.

In addition to this two-day food truck festival, Firefly Distillery will also host two smaller food truck events this season in January and February. The themed food truck events will feature “A Taste of New England,” with &Lobster, Co-Hog, Smash City Burgers, and Delights Dessert & Coffee, on Saturday, January 21. On Saturday, February 11, Firefly will celebrate their three year anniversary in Park Circle with an array of Latin food trucks including Don Sazon, Gordita’s Local, and Rikiquito.
